I want to speak to the trailblazers, the warriors, the visionaries. I want to find out their motivations, their inspirations and what keeps them going. I want to learn how they forged their paths, on their own terms and how they rose to challenges along the way. I also want to discover how women are making changes in food for the better, not just for the industry but for the wider community in which they live.
